PassportsGet your passports with registrations and start thinking about finding those red plates!
Passports are given to Scout units/patrols and used as a scoring sheet for game activities during the weekend. The top 3 patrols with the overall highest scores will be eligible for a prize. Scoring is 1-10 for each event. To be eligible and qualify for a prize, patrols must attend and score 5 of the 10 RED plates and as many BLUE plates as possible. |
Dutch OvenEnter in the Dutch Oven Cooking Competition. Youth or Adults, beginners or advanced are welcome to prepare their most delicious Main Dish or Dessert in any camp cooking style. There are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prize slots for each category. Winners are determined through a panel of judges. The four category judges will review is originality, presentation, taste, and texture. Bring a copy of your recipe with your dish entry.

Costume, Skit, and SongBring in the spirit of the year's theme and show of your patrol's costume. A patrol skits or songs are equally welcome to show off the creativity of your group. Individuals are also welcome to compete, but an individual cannot be judged alone and in a patrol. Judges will determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes. 1st place patrol will be asked to perform their skit/song in costume at the Award Assembly Gathering.

FlagsPresentation of the flags flown during the Rally event each year. The American flag is given to
a Canadian unit and the Canadian flag is given to an American unit. Scouting & Rally spirit, international friendship, acceptance & respect for ALL exhibited by a unit, and exemplifying the Scout Law & Oath speaks volumes. |

Campsite Theme and Gadget |
Many of the units attending ISR create an entranceway to their
campsites to go along with the theme. The designs range from simple to elaborate and are especially helpful if you plan to provide an activity (but judging is not limited to hose hosting an activity). Judging Criteria for gateways includes best use/interpretation of theme, construction, level of embellishment, signage identifying unit, and welcoming. |
Scouters know how to set up a safe, functional campsite!
Judging Criteria for campsites includes neatness, cleanliness, theme décor, campsite safety, group/unit Rally spirit, etc. Gadgets & activities/games are encouraged & can be theme related. Use your imagination! Site judging is not limited to sites hosting activities. |

This is our camp symbol and coveted prize! Each year it is given to a selected
outstanding unit. The previous year’s winner will present the Black Sheep to this year’s winner. The Black Sheep alternates between American & Canadian units and travels with that unit for 1 year. Past winners have told a story of the year’s adventures, embellished, decorated & dressed the Black Sheep to commemorate their year. 2017 UPDATE – Baby Steve now accompanies the Black Sheep! Units honored with our Black Sheep & Baby Steve are asked to add embellishments to Mama’s vest only. 2023 UPDATE - Mama’s Spa Day has her looking fabulous & feeling as young as ever!! |
SCOUTS ONLY – ONE THEME IDEA PER UNIT. State what your
theme idea is and draw your patch design. Bring your patch design & theme idea to Registration before 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Designs will be judged by the winning unit from last year. Winner will not duplicate themes from previous years. Check the display board at Registration for past year themes. The winning theme patch unit comes to the Rally FREE next year! |
